When you invest in a JCB machine, you want to make sure you’re always maximising the uptime, productivity and profitability of your equipment. That’s why we provide peace of mind with JCB Machine Care – complete machine warranty for agriculture and construction machinery.
It provides cover against any defects that have occurred due to faulty materials or workmanship for up to two years, so you can manage risk and avoid unexpected costs.
- Available for up to 2 years / 4,000 hours.
- Fully Transferable.
- We provide periodic maintenance services during and after the warranty period (SERVICE CONTRACTS).
- We also provide service (RETAIL SERVICE) to solve problems on the equipment (troubleshooting) as well as replacement and installation of components for engines, transmissions and hydraulics (COMPONENT OVERHAUL).
MACHINE HEALTH CHECK
A machine health check (MHC) is important for maintaining the condition and performance of your equipment – and for protecting your investment in the long-run.
At JCB, we recommend an MHC is completed every time a trained dealer engineer carries out any form of service, maintenance, diagnostic or repair work on your machine.
An engineer will grade your machine’s components as RED (safety critical), AMBER (advisory), or GREEN (satisfactory), and give you a transparent view of any work needed to keep your machine operating safely.
REFURBISHMENT PROGRAMME

Whether the equipment has had a few bumps and scratches over the years, or is showing signs of age in other ways, our machine refurbishment programme is designed to give your equipment a new lease of life – so it can continue to perform to the high standards it was designed to.
